Software Company, IT Enabled Service
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Generate Sales revenue by selling software development, website, mobile apps and business automation etc. services.
∎ Achieve own and team sales target monthly basis by driving own sales team executive.
∎ Achieve own Key Performance Indicator (KPI) as per office instructions and also drive sales team to achieve their KPI.
∎ Do direct marketing by physical visit and achieve sales following official rules and regulations.
∎ It's a combination of both field Job and office job
∎ Assist team member in daily works (Marketing, Negotiating & Completing Sales settlement etc.)
∎ Generate Sales revenue of software based services, website, mobile apps or any other technical services
∎ Follow up & verify each team members work in details and take necessary actions to achieve monthly sales target.
∎ Provide feedback about the market conditions current trend customer demand, related scope of work and industry and keep update information and knowledge.
∎ Take part in various promotions, campaigns etc. as per official directions.
∎ Prepare Performance report of team members and follow-up them accordingly for improvement.
∎ Must follow official rules, policy, ethics and norms and complete own work following 100% of provided guideline and keep proper documentary record for performance reporting.

∎ Smart (both in appearance and attitude), Energetic, Proactive, a well-mannered person are highly preferred.
∎ Good communication, negotiation, and Convincing Skills.
∎ Person having clearly defined goals to become a success
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
