∎ As a Management Trainee Officer, the candidate must have basic computer operation skills (Internet, MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
∎ 1 Year or more experience in the practical field of Sales and Marketing, Customer Dealings, Corporate Relationships, Presentation, and Settlement Skills will be treated as additional skills and will be treated accordingly.

∎ Job Responsibilities:
∎ The candidate will be a quick learner, adaptable, and ready to take on challenges in various departments to gain overall knowledge about the company through the different workflows of every department.
∎ Participate in a few structured training programs that involve rotations across different departments to gain a broad understanding of the business.
∎ Work collaboratively with various teams (Training and Support, Sales and Marketing, Demonstration etc.) to understand their functions and contribute to achieving departmental goals.
∎ Interact with clients or customers to understand their needs professionally represent the company and suggest a suitable solution based on our products.
∎ Assist training team in planning and executing projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. Ensure on-time bill collection by collaborating with the service and collection team.
∎ Adopt and improve convincing and presentation skills to enhance sales by working and visiting with the sales and marketing team and demonstration team.
∎ Overall, by gaining adequate training and knowledge, the candidate will perform departmental work in a corporate environment by serving clients within the company’s policy and regulations to grow and improve the quality and reputation of themselves and the company.
