Position Summary: The Job is target driven which focuses on building a dynamic Liability team to achieve the deposit mobilization for team and individual targets. The ideal candidate must have demonstrated leadership skills, excellent sales & marketing skills and proven relationship management skills. The candidate must have sufficient understanding about the NBFI industry and the market in order to conceptualize, develop and implement plans for new liability products which include product development, formulate pricing strategy, product guidelines, branding and marketing plans with the ultimate goal to contribute to the profitability of CVC Finance Limited through mobilization of the said products.

Major Duties and responsibilities:

1. Complete Knowledge about the Management, Mission, Vision, and Core Values of CVC Finance Ltd.
2. Identify potential individual & corporate deposit customers & follow-up for new deposit collection.
3. Excellent ability of effective team member sourcing.
4. Able to achieve group target.
5. Achievement of annual Liability business set by CVC Finance Ltd.
6. Cross selling of other products and services of the Company to scale up revenue, profitability and growth ensuring customer service, operational excellence, management of all kind of risks, and regulatory compliance.
7. Monitoring team`s performance and motivate them to reach targets.
8. Perform due diligence on client’s identity and sources of fund at the time of establishing business relationship,
9. Renewal/ Retention of existing liability customers, ensure quality customer service to existing & new customer of CVC Finance.
10. Explore business opportunities through various routes to market,
11. Weekly/ Monthly business performance reporting to line manager.
12. Maintain discipline, ethical standard and compliance in all transactional matters with CVC Finance.
