Job Context:
∎ This is a target based job, suitable for the people willing to work under pressure in a challenging environment. This position is responsible for generating new Auto Loan business, lead and manage the sales team, meet the monthly and annual team business target, maintain a sound relationship with auto vendors and carry out day-to day correspondence and relevant activities
∎ Reports to : Head of Consumer
∎ Nature : Contractual (1 Year) renewable based on satisfactory performance in line with business target.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achieve individual and team Auto Loan Business Target.
∎ Lead & maintain the Auto Loan sales team.
∎ Identify and develop new relationships for generating business through Car Dealers / Showroom.
∎ Ensure extraordinary customer experience by providing customer services as per set standard of CVC Finance Limited.
∎ Target oriented and willing to work under challenging environment.
∎ Identify and implement cross functional sale opportunities.
