  • Hardworking and dedicated approach to meeting deadlines and handling high-pressure situations.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Ensure all service requests are handled smoothly and in a timely manner.

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the service team.

  • Ensure engineers/technicians are assigned appropriate tasks and resources.

  • Assign engineers/technicians to service requests based on expertise, availability, and service requirements.

  • Track and monitor team performance.

  • Ensure service requests are completed within timelines and standards.

  • Prepare comprehensive service performance reports.

  • Ensure service data is accurately recorded and up-to-date.

  • Provide guidance and support to engineers/technicians.

  • Ensure continuous improvement of technical and customer service skills.

  • Handle escalated service issues and ensure timely resolution while maintaining customer satisfaction.

  • Ensure services meet company quality standards and customer expectations.

  • Conduct quality checks and provide feedback for improvements.

  • Ensure safety protocols and company policies are followed during service operations.
