Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Collaborate closely with the team, providing comprehensive 360-degree feedback to enhance performance.
∎ Oversee and streamline the process for transitioning onboarded sellers to the appropriate Key Account Management (KAM) long-tail sector.
∎ Achieve departmental KPIs on a monthly basis.
∎ Identify root causes and provide insights during User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
∎ Facilitate the adoption of new features by training the team to effectively utilize them.
∎ Apply expertise in digital marketing, including Social Media Marketing, Google Analytics, Google Trends, SEO, blogging, and other relevant tools.
