Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Perform quality checks for all newly uploaded SKUs according to the guidelines set by the department
∎ Monitor task processes and clear QC backlog
∎ Provide feedback while rejecting SKUs with error reasons
∎ Assist sellers in maintaining the assortment quality by suggesting solutions for rejected products
∎ Cross-check the information and values in products and take necessary steps
∎ Assist vendors in the proper categorization of assortments by sharing suggestions
∎ Coordinate with the SKU production team to minimize issues and take proper initiatives immediately
∎ Coordinate with the commercial department to understand all issues and requisitions and take proper initiatives immediately
∎ Guide and coordinate with the visual team in terms of special requisitions and promotional offer-related image editing
∎ Train and guide new team members regularly
∎ Maintain all types of trackers shared with other departments and ensure smooth operation and timely task completion
