Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Work with different operational software to run the operational process and processing of daily orders
∎ Ensure proper coordination with different internal and external stakeholders to ensure a smooth flow of operations
∎ Prepare different types of operational reports for proper follow-ups of operational work
∎ Deal with and mitigate complex operational issues
∎ Ensure proper rider management and issue resolutions
∎ Allocate riders to a specific zone for better delivery
∎ Plan for Delivery Route for each rider
∎ Work with different operational software to run the operational process and processing of daily orders
