Job Responsibilities:
∎ Degree in Business Administration and/or industrial Psychology.
∎ Minimum 3 Years of experience in recruitment and selection processes.
∎ Source high caliber candidates, ensuring headcount has been approved prior to recruitment.
∎ Manage and coordinate the selection and assessment processes including Cv screening, ensuring all resourcing processes meet legal requirements and are fair, fit and inclusive.
∎ Identifies channels for internal and external advertising of current and upcoming vacancies.
∎ Conduct interviews and sort through applicants to fill open positions.
∎ Assess applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open positions.
∎ Provide recruitment reports to Human Resources/Talent Acquisition Manager.
∎ Provide feedback to relevant parties at each stage if the recruitment process, including unsuccessful candidates.
∎ Supervise the completion of the paperwork for new hires.

∎ English Level: Conversational
