∎ Bachelor in CSE/EEE from any reputed University

Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 1 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): NOC
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitoring production systems with Basic Monitoring Tools & Dashboards (Nagios, Grafana, Kibana etc.)
∎ Application software installations, troubleshooting and updating
∎ Optimization and quality of service reporting
∎ Email management services
∎ Performance reporting and improvement recommendations
∎ Network failure and anomaly detections, assessments & reporting
∎ Provide 1st level support
∎ Taking ownership of monitoring, alert and reporting of production systems
∎ Any Other tasks assigned by management related to NOC.
∎ Reporting to line manager regarding any incident and/or anomaly

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 30 years
∎ Familiarity with Linux (CentOS/Ubuntu)
∎ Familiarity with RDBMS (MySQL/PostgreSQL)
∎ Solid understanding of TCP/IP and networking fundamentals
∎ Familiarity with Linux Command Line
∎ Ability to work under pressure
∎ Must be a quick learner
∎ Need to be a tech enthusiast

Salary: Tk. 10000 - 12000 (Monthly)
