Education:

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science
• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Information Technology

• Age 20 to 26 years

• Recently graduated from a bachelor`s degree program in Communications, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Strong writing and editing skills.

• Basic understanding of technical concepts and terminology.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Familiarity with documentation tools and CMS is a plus.

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.

• Portfolio of writing samples (academic or personal projects)

• Write and develop product documentation, including user manuals, installation guides, release notes, and technical specifications.

• Create online help content, FAQs, and knowledge base articles.

• Translate complex technical information into clear, concise, and user-friendly content and ensure the accuracy and clarity of technical documentation.

• Contribute to the development and implementation of content strategies that meet user needs and business goals.

• Identify and address content gaps to improve the overall user experience.

• Work closely with product managers, engineers, designers, and other stakeholders to gather information and understand the product thoroughly.

• Collaborate with marketing and customer support teams to align content with broader company messaging and user feedback.

• Regularly update and revise content to reflect product changes, new features, and feedback and ensure all content is up-to-date and accurate.

• Adhere to style guides and maintain consistency in tone, style, and branding across all content and Review and edit content to ensure high-quality standards.

• Develop content that assists users in troubleshooting and resolving common issues.

• Optimize content for search engines to improve discoverability.

• Use keyword research to ensure content meets SEO best practices.

• Conduct research to understand the target audience and their needs.

• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in technical writing and content creation.

• Gather and analyze feedback from users and stakeholders to improve content.

• Implement changes based on feedback and continuously strive for content excellence.

• Utilize content management systems (CMS), documentation tools, and other software to create, manage, and publish content.

• Stay updated with the latest tools and technologies in technical writing and content management.

• Provide guidance and support to team members and other departments on best practices in technical writing.
