∎ Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Accounting, Master of Commerce (MCom) in Accounting

Requirements:

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 30 years

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Maintain the whole accounting system well as with accounting software.
∎ Process and disburse all sorts of bills including TA/DA, Salary/Bonus for the employees.
∎ Assist with tax audits, tax returns & annual budget.
∎ Prepares and records asset, liability, revenue, and expense entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
∎ Maintains general ledger by transferring subsidiary accounts, preparing a trial balance, and reconciling entries.
∎ Support month-end, and year-end close processes, factory visits & inventory counting.
∎ Collect and update the record of Annual Subscriptions paid by the members.
∎ Maintain petty cash and day-to-day transactions.
∎ Prepare Financial Reports as required and submit them to the Executive Council within the stipulated time.
