∎ Monitoring production systems with Basic Monitoring Tools & Dashboards (Nagios, Grafana, Kibana etc.)Application software installations, troubleshooting, and updatingOptimization and quality of service reportingEmail management servicesPerformance reporting and improvement recommendationsNetwork failure and anomaly detections, assessments & reportingProvide 1st level supportTaking ownership of monitoring, alert, and reporting of production systemsAny Other tasks assigned by management related to NOC.Reporting to line manager regarding any incident and/or anomaly
