Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Engineering, Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Computer Science/EEE /ETE from a reputed educational institution.
∎ Skills Required: Computer skill

Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Customer Support Call receive, Complain Note-down, Remote support, service monitoring, Operate different services, Report creation.
∎ Direct client support and client visit.
∎ Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including account setup and network configuration.
∎ The Setting, installing testing and maintaining operating systems, application software and system management tools.
∎ IPV4, IPV6 knowledge, IP address planning, Local Network, Public Network.
∎ Maintain all the Departmental activities, prepare all documentation of the running system and update the version control of documentation periodically as a part of SOP (Standard Operating Procedure).
∎ Configure Mikrotik, OLT and other network devices.
∎ Network monitoring regular basis.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Good verbal and written communication skills.
∎ Able to work under pressure and beyond working hours.
∎ ISP Experience is must.
