Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for all kinds of technical support to the Home/corporate clients
∎ Helping clients to solve technical issues by over phones, emails and also by visiting physically to their end
∎ Manage ICT system, including LAN, WAN, and related systems in fiber optic & wireless network equipment
∎ Basic configuration and troubleshooting of Routers, Switches, OLT and all types ofRadio devices.
∎ Reporting on every incident in a server-based ticketing software
∎ Network support and monitoring
