Responsibilities & Context:
Retail Marketing & Sales of Internet Service Provider(ISP) related services.
Establishing new business proposals, creating new clients to increase sales volume.
Ensuring that sales targets are met. Organizing sales visits to optimize business goals.
Liaison with existing clients.Monitor and report client expectation and ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
Preparing tenders, proposals, and quotations.
Reviewing cost and sales performance.
Develop multi-channel marketing strategies to achieve maximum impact.
Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
Selling the products and services to the clients of the company and convincing them about their usability and advantages.
Adequate knowledge of ISP market / IT and the ability to analyze the market.
