Experience:
Having a professional degree in relevant fields will be beneficial.
Proven track record of leadership in technology roles, with at least 5 years of proven experience with at least 3 years of experience software development/ISP/IIG/System Analyst/IT security.
Deep understanding of ISP services, securities, and Internet markets.
Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technology solutions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and best practices.
Experience working in a regulated environment, preferably in the ISP services industry.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a commitment to excellence and continuous learning.
Proven ability to build and lead high-performing teams, fostering a culture of accountability, integrity, and collaboration.
Technical Responsibilities
Include technical services with customer requirements.
Adequate knowledge of physical and logical ISP network.
Adequate knowledge to utilize the entire team members.
Knowledge of Internet protocols (TCP/IP, HTTP)Expertise in physical layer technologies (Optical, FTTH, CWDM, DWDM, P2P, P2M etc)
Strong understanding of layer-2 and layer-3 networks Proficiency in MPLS, OSPF, BGP, ISIS, VTP, Spanning Tree Protocol Experience with DNS, Proxy, DHCP, Web Servers, MySQL, FTP Server, MRTG, Mail Servers in Linux/Windows Knowledge of SNMP, Netflow, and related protocols with SSL/IPSec VPNs ability
Experience in networking organizations (ISP/IIG/Telco) in relevant roles
Relevant certifications (MTCRE, MCSE, JNCIA, JNCIS-SEC, CCNA, CCNP, CCIP, CCSP) are highly desirable
Excellent presentation and negotiation skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Energetic and capable of working with own supervision full team.
Marketing Responsibilities
Digital/Technical Marketing of Internet Service Provider(ISP) related services.
Establishing new business policies, creating new clients to increase sales volume.
Ensuring that sales targets are met. Organizing sales visits to optimize business goals.
Building relationships with existing clients.
Monitor and review client expectation and ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
Reviewing cost and sales performance.
Develop multi-channel marketing strategies to achieve maximum impact.
Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
Selling the products and services to the clients of the company and convincing them about their usability and advantages.
Adequate knowledge of ISP market / IT and the ability to analyze the market.
