∎ BSc/ MSc in CSE from any reputed university
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for the maintenance, configuration, and reliable operation of computer systems, network devices, and virtualization.
∎ Responsible for overseeing the maintenance and security of company intranets and computer systems.
∎ Perform or delegate regular backup operations and implement appropriate processes for data protection, disaster recovery, and failover procedures.
∎ Install and upgrade computer components and software, manage virtual servers, and integrate automation processes.
∎ Troubleshoot hardware and software errors by running diagnostics, documenting problems and resolutions, prioritizing problems, and assessing impact of issues.
∎ Responsible for capacity, storage planning, systems performance and troubleshooting issues.
∎ Performing system upgrades following new releases.
∎ Prepare documentation of technical tasks or any new deployment.
∎ Interact with the team members and other departments to assist in troubleshooting, identify root cause, and provide technical support when needed.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Good analytical, planning and coordination skill
∎ Good communication and interpersonal skills
∎ Good knowledge in MS Office
