Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc. In CSE/EEE, BBA, Fine Arts or Media Studies from a reputed university.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Advanced knowledge in the following key areas: Hardware Architecture (performance testing, monitoring, operations), Hardware Benchmarking (program management, network management), Design (compliance, security), Network Engineering (planning, provision)
∎ In depth knowledge of the voice and voice recording systems for large scale contact center recording, Storage technologies, recording assurance (record completeness)
∎ In depth knowledge of voice transport technologies and communication protocols; SBCs, SIPREC, SIP, RTP etc.
∎ In depth knowledge of system security; privileged access management, baseline configuration standards, network security.
∎ Proficient in multiple infrastructure technologies
∎ Proven ability to manage a productive globally diverse team. Demonstrating excellent communication skills in order to motivate and inspire team members

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
