Additional Requirements:
- Minimum of 4 to 7 years of experience in UX design, research, or design management.·
- Proven expertise in mobile app UX design and responsive web design.·
- Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools.·
- Strong background in conducting user research and usability testing.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a strong business acumen.·
- Excellent English writing skills, with the ability to produce and finalize complex documents.·
- Experience in the telecom industry is a plus.
- Familiarity with Agile project management and working in Agile squads is a plus.
Responsibilities & Context:
Strategic UX Design:
Contribute to the design strategy for projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and user needs.·
Develop comprehensive user experience strategies that encompass user research, design, and testing.
UI Design:
Create high-quality user interface designs that meet project goals and enhance user experience.·
Develop detailed wireframes, mock-ups, and prototypes to effectively communicate design concepts.
Visual Design:
Produce polished, pixel-perfect visual designs, integrating color schemes, typography, iconography, and other visual elements.·
Ensure all visual designs are consistent with brand guidelines and standards.
Responsive and Adaptive Design:
Design responsive and adaptive interfaces that work seamlessly across various screen sizes and devices.·
Advocate for mobile-first and accessible design principles.
Collaboration:
Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and other designers, to deliver cohesive design solutions.·
Participate in ideation sessions to generate ideas and foster collaboration.
User-Centered Design:
Champion user-centered design principles throughout the organization.·
Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to gather insights and validate design decisions.·
Analyze user feedback and data to inform design iterations and improvements.
Design System Development:
Develop and maintain a comprehensive UI design system, including design patterns, components, and style guides.·
Ensure the design system is scalable, consistent, and adaptable to various projects and platforms.·
Collaborate with other designers and developers to ensure the design system is effectively implemented.
Prototyping and Testing:
Create interactive prototypes to demonstrate and test design solutions.·
Plan and conduct usability testing sessions, gathering qualitative and quantitative data to refine designs.·
Iterate on designs based on user feedback and testing results, ensuring optimal user experience.
Documentation and Communication:
Develop detailed design specifications, style guides, and design assets to support the development process.·
Communicate design rationale and decisions to stakeholders, ensuring alignment and understanding.·
Prepare and deliver presentations on design concepts and progress to both internal teams and external clients.
Project Coordination:
Manage multiple design tasks simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
Coordinate with project managers and developers to align design timelines with overall project schedules.
Track design progress and address any roadblocks or challenges promptly.
Research and Innovation:
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
Continuously seek opportunities to innovate and improve the user experience.
Conduct competitive analysis to identify opportunities for differentiation and improvement.
