Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ B.Sc. In CSE/EEE, BBA from a reputed university
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ IVR Development, Configuring and troubleshooting IVR applications, Configuring Voice Portal Management Systems
∎ Handle Operations and Implement Inbound and Outbound voice applications
∎ Demonstrated abilities in Integration of IVR application with database and Web Services
∎ Installation of IVR Systems
∎ Configurations and Support for Call Center Technologies
∎ Understanding of Call Flows and deployment of Call Flows
∎ Knowledge in integrating IVR with telephony interfaces
∎ Assists with researching, designing, implementing and testing of voice technology solutions
∎ Proactively monitors and reports performance and utilization of assigned technologies
∎ Manages problem or escalated tickets and tasks and out of cycle requests from systems/software owners
∎ Collects and presents data for reporting and planning
∎ Provides input into processes and procedures related to systems/application administration
∎ May participate in Disaster Recovery planning and exercises
∎ Performs on-call activities as needed for the environment and technologies
∎ Will have a solid proficiency 3rd party API's
∎ Must be proficient with database connections and scripting.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Knowledge of IVR Management
∎ Knowledge of IVR Applications Design
∎ Relevant experience in telecom with Avaya as a high level analyst or engineer supporting call centers will .
∎ Strong technical, logical, and analytical skills.
∎ Strong team player and cooperative skills.
∎ Advanced analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving abilities
∎ Strong written and oral communication skills
∎ Proven ability and initiative to learn and research new concepts, ideas, and technologies quickly
∎ Ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
∎ Ability to translate an idea or need into a completed solution or work product.
