IT System Management, System Engineer (Computer Network & System)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments, Group of Companies, IT Enabled Service, Textile
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide a single point of contact for end users to receive support and maintenance within the organization's computing environment.
∎ Receive, respond and solve incoming calls and/or emails regarding network (router/switch like Cisco, Fortinet, Mikrotik routers and switches.) related problems.
∎ Install, diagnose, repair, maintain and upgrade all PC hardware and OS related issues to ensure optimal workstation performance.
∎ Perform onsite analysis, diagnosis of complex desktop problems for end users and recommend and implement corrective solutions, including offsite repair for remote users as required.
∎ Collaborate with Network and Software Support Team to ensure efficient operation of the company's computing environment.
∎ Develop and maintain an inventory of all IT related components and equipment.
∎ Accurately document instances of IT related component failure, repair, installation and removal.
∎ If necessary, liaise with third-party vendor support.
∎ Develop familiarity with the company customized software.
∎ Experience of handling & Trouble Shooting of IP Camera, NVR, & Access control Device
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent technical knowledge of OS, hardware and network (router/switch like mikrotik/netgear).
∎ Hands-on hardware troubleshooting experience.
∎ Good understanding of the organization's goals and objectives.
∎ Effective interpersonal skills and relationship-building skills.
∎ Strong written and oral communication skills.
∎ Self-motivated and directed, with the ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
∎ Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
