∎ Master/Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Engineering, Information Technology or related field.
∎ Certifications: Must be CCNP Certification, CEH, Linux Administration Certification relevant experience will be given preference.

Requirements:

Additional Requirements:
∎ Design and implement security solutions, including firewalls, IDS/IPS, antivirus, EDR, PAM, Vulnerability Management, Penetration Testing Tools, SIEM, and Network Detection & Response.
∎ Troubleshoot and resolve cybersecurity solution issues.
∎ Collaborate with customer support and engineering teams.
∎ Work closely with customers to understand and design cybersecurity solutions.
∎ Assist in the installation, configuration, and integration of cybersecurity solutions.
∎ Provide technical support during and after implementation.
∎ Optimize security configurations for efficiency.
∎ Conduct training sessions for effective use and maintenance of cybersecurity solutions.
∎ Experience in IP Networks, Firewalls & VPN, DLP, Web Proxy, Email Security, EDR, PAM, Vulnerability Management, Penetration Testing, and SIEM.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Safeguard information system assets by identifying and solving security problems.
∎ Define system protocols for access privileges, control structures, and resources.
∎ Recognize abnormalities, report violations, and conduct periodic audits for security.
∎ Upgrade systems through implementation and maintenance of security controls.
∎ Actively monitor for security incidents and maintain server room access logs.
∎ Operate and monitor firewalls, networks, and systems for threats.
∎ Install, update, and test security software and firewalls.
∎ Develop and enforce security best practices across the organization.
∎ Prepare regular reports on security incidents and responses.
∎ Assist in technical proposals and demonstrations for potential customers.
