∎ Master/Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Engineering, Information Technology or related field.
∎ Certifications: Must be Microsoft System Engineer Certificate (MCSA/MCSE), CompTIA A+ and relevant experience will be given preference.

∎ Others IT Support: Preparing Attendance Report, ID card formatting, printing and adding to systems. Troubleshooting of attendance device. Troubleshooting of Access Control Device. Troubleshooting of Security Control Device. Troubleshooting of CC Camera Device and preparing backup maintenance. Installation, configuration and troubleshooting of LED display panel. Troubleshooting of Video Conferencing Device. Scanning document as per needs from different departments. Creating passport size picture, resize picture and signature. Data entry as per requirements from different departments 1 officers.Familiarity with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V).Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.Ability to work well in a team and independently.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ All IT Equipment Troubleshooting and Maintenance: Desktop, Laptop, Printer, Scanner, Projector, UPS, Photocopy,
∎ Software Related Support: Operating System [Installation, MS Office with Activation, Support to MS Word, Power Point, Excel, Bangla Software Installation - Support to Nikosh, Bijoy, Avro etc. Antivirus software.
∎ Internet Connectivity and Network Maintenance Related Support: Internet Connectivity (Regular checkup of internet connection, troubleshooting and fixing of internet connection, IP configuration, Connection setup, preparing LAN cable,
∎ Wi-Fi: username and password maintenance, configuration, troubleshooting of Wi-Fi connectivity, checking all APs connectivity
∎ Bandwidth Manager: Configuration, Bandwidth management, Switch- Configuration troubleshooting and fixing switch port, Router [troubleshooting of Router connection] Firewall [troubleshooting of Firewall connection] PABX [Troubleshooting and Maintenance] Keeping regular network config backups and logs.)
∎ Administer and maintain servers, both physical and virtual, running various operating systems (e.g., Windows, Linux, Unix).
∎ Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls.
∎ Perform system backups and ensure data recovery procedures are in place.
∎ Provide technical support to end-users and resolve hardware and software issues.
∎ Optimize network and system configurations for maximum performance and reliability.
∎ Prepare reports on network and system performance, security, and utilization.
∎ Collaborate with other IT professionals and departments to implement technology solutions.
∎ Communicate technical information effectively to non-technical staff.
