Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in CSE, Bachelor of Computer Application (BCA), Master of Science (MSc) in CSE, Masters in Computer Application (MCA), Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg)
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible to solve user system related problems.
∎ Maintain desktop systems.
∎ Install and configure software and hardware.
∎ Oversee the installation and configuration of new hardware and software.
∎ Troubleshooting on existing desktop hardware and configuration.
∎ Upgrade systems with new releases and models.
∎ Develop expertise to train staffs with new technologies.
∎ Research, design, and implement IT solutions for business needs.
∎ Organize and schedule system maintenance with minimal impact on users.
∎ Respond to support inquiries and requests from users and provide technical assistance.
∎ Install and configure appropriate software according adhering to IT policy and user needs.
∎ Work with vendors to resolve any hardware or software issue as per requirement.
∎ All other tasks and duties assigned by management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Good English ability both verbal and writing.
∎ Should be ready to work 24*7*365 support environment.
∎ Hands on Experience on desktop Hardware (for Example computer, printer, Video conferencing etc).
∎ Provide technical support for both hardware and software issues of users encounter.
∎ Ability and willing to work in a team and follow instruction from senior,
∎ Willing to work at night-shift if necessary.
Salary: Negotiable
