Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Computer Science and Engineering or in similar disciplines with CCNA and MCT certification
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Windows server setup (active directory, domain controller and other Windows based systems), deployment, and maintenance
∎ Knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Email), enterprise backup and recovery procedures, and system performance monitoring
∎ Maintain and troubleshooting of essential IT operations, including operating systems, security tools, applications, servers, email systems, laptops, desktops, software, and hardware.
∎ Establish, configure and maintain operating systems, application software and system management tools
∎ Perform server administration tasks, including user/group administration, security permissions, group policies, print services, event log warnings and errors, and resource monitoring, ensuring system architecture components working all together
∎ Maintain internal infrastructure requirements including, computers, servers, routers, switches, firewalls, printers, phones, security updates: support internet, LANs, WANs, and network segment
∎ Configure, maintain and troubleshooting of WiFi router and Outlook 365
∎ Install, configure and maintenance of all kinds of network printer, scanner, photocopier
∎ Maintenance of IT inventory for both hardware and software and maintaining proper documentation
∎ Install and configure computer hardware operating systems and applications
∎ Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults.
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 3 years of working experience in the relevant field.
