∎ Experience on online data collection and data analysis using SPSS/Strata.8-15 years working experience in designing and developing survey research and M & E at reputed national and international organizations preferred.
∎ Excellent fluency in written and spoken English is mandatory for this position.
∎ Ability to manage multiple priorities, establish goals and develop plans to meet those goals.
∎ Ability to work independently and to collaborate across the organization.
∎ Should possess good presentation skill.
∎ Good computer literacy is essential.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Planning and design of Research for large-scale household survey, Baseline, and Impact Evaluation Survey.
∎ Research Design for Diagnostic, Baseline, and Impact Evaluation Survey.
∎ Managing both quantitative and qualitative research projects.
∎ Develop a report plan/outline, write detailed findings, and prepare a research report.
∎ Develop questionnaire and operational guidelines for quantitative surveys.
∎ Conduct qualitative research and pretesting.
∎ Support to Team Leaders of the other project.
∎ Data cleaning, compilation, management, and analysis.
∎ Design database using MS Access, and SPSS software and manage quantitative data.
∎ Data analysis using SPSS or Strata and performing different statistical tests.
∎ Review literature, develop concept papers, and write research reports.
∎ Developing guidelines and ensuring pretesting of BCC materials including report preparation under different projects.
∎ Preparing presentations on research findings and organizing dissemination workshops to present the findings.
∎ Coordinate with different stakeholders;
∎ Provide ongoing M & E support as needed (e.g. developing indicators)
∎ Undertake any other task assigned by the Supervisor.
∎ Job Context
∎ A reputed national-level development communication organization working in the field of Strategic Communication with GoB, USAID, World Bank, and UN funds requires a dynamic, experienced, and hard-working person who will join the Research Team and will handle a full range of research tasks under the guidance of the Program Lead of the organization. He/She will assist in organizing and conducting different types of research and coordinate program evaluations (baseline, midterm, and final evaluation). He/She will also need to work in close collaboration with the project leads of different projects and will be responsible for coordinating with different stakeholders as per project needs.
