Educational Requirements:
∎ Master's degree preferably in Marketing, Management, Mass Communication, Development Studies or other relevant subjects from a reputed university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To play proactive role in the Business Development Team in setting up formalised, sustainable procedures for improved business development for organizational sustainability.
∎ To further establish relationships with aid agencies, donors and government bodies with a view to understanding their perceived needs for services that the organization may be in a position to provide.
∎ To identify potential sources of CSR fund and develop plans and execute those for availing such fund.
∎ To maintain the network of contacts with local institutions and take the lead in furthering alliances and linkages with other regional and international organisations.
∎ To assist and if required take lead in the preparation of Expressions of Interest and Proposals.
∎ To identify suitable partners, consultants, candidates for inclusion in assignments and projects.
∎ To produce a short 'Business Development Report' on a monthly basis.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Al least 5-7 years experience of working with EOI/proposal development etc. Experience in Advertising/Marketing/Media Agency or other field of social communications will be treated as an added advantage.
∎ Applicant should have exposure in innovative and state- of- the- art communication tools, techniques and approaches of marketing, campaign development & implementation.
∎ S/he should have excellent speaking and writing skills both in English and Bangla.
∎ Good computer literacy is essential.
∎ The applicant is expected to be an effective team player and capable to work under pressure.
Salary:
∎ Salary is negotiable depending on the experience and qualification of the candidate.
