Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in CSE
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 4 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage IT infrastructure operations, operational tasks, process and procedures
∎ Define and deliver continuous improvement in operational process, including but not limited to service level, capacity, availability and service continuity.
∎ Proactively monitor, evaluate troubleshoot and mitigate risks and malfunctions in infrastructure, applications and services with close attention to ensure capacity, health and performance.
∎ Proactively monitor physical infrastructure component to ensure health and mitigate malfunction.
∎ Provide Tire 2 technical support and troubleshooting to external customers and Tire 1 Helpdesk.
∎ Perform troubleshooting activities for any reported issues.
∎ Monitor & review logs
∎ Closely work with the core Infrastructure team to resolve system issue and maintain up-time of infrastructure.
∎ Maintain documentation of incidents and responses.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Vendor Certification.
∎ Solid understanding on IT terminologies, technologies and concepts.
∎ Experience on infrastructure operation or deployment.
