Cisco, Huawei, Juniper, Mikrotik, UniFi
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Install, maintain, and troubleshoot network and system-related issues according to ensure security.
∎ Administer and maintain Linux and Windows-based servers.
∎ Install and configure operating systems and application software.
∎ Troubleshoot, install, configure & maintain computer (Desktop/Laptop) hardware, software, Routers, networks, printers, scanners, and other IT appliances.
∎ Install and configure surveillance systems and attendance devices.
∎ Diagnose hardware/ software faults and solve technical and application-related problems.
∎ Hands-on support on Operating Systems (Windows Server, Windows Client and Linux OS install, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain).
∎ Strong analytical knowledge and Instant problem-solving ability.
∎ Keep an up-to-date document on the inventory of all IT hardware & software systems and report to superior.
∎ Manage Office365: Exchange, OneDrive, SharePoint, and Teams for efficient communication and collaboration.
∎ Ensure endpoint antivirus management (Sophos) for enhanced security.
∎ Work closely with software developers to select suitable design solutions.
∎ Provide day-to-day hardware and network support to the head office and branch users.
∎ Set up and configure the IT infrastructure for a new branch office, including active and passive network components.
∎ Manage and configure Web Application Security by Firewall, WAF for optimal protection.
∎ Monitor and troubleshoot systems and networks at the head office and branch office.
∎ Monitor and troubleshoot on-premises Data Center and take necessary action for any problem report to superior.
∎ Have to maintain the proper documentation of any type of implementation or modifications.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Have Good Communication Skills.
∎ Polite & Service Oriented
∎ Ability to work under pressure within the office.
∎ Up-to-date knowledge and skills on the latest technologies in the IT systems field
∎ Demonstrated experience in Windows and Linux operating systems.
∎ Microsoft 365, Cloud service, Endpoint Solution
∎ Knowledge of CCNA/HCIA, MCSA, Azure, Microsoft 365 will be preferable.
