∎ B. Sc./ M. Sc. in Computer Science & Engineering / EEE
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: CCNA,RHCE,MTCNA
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Apache, AWS, Firewalls, JBOSS, Oracle Forms and Reports Service, Oracle Web Logic Serve, Performance Tuning, Server Scripting, Tomcat, VMWare Esxi, VPN
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
IT Enabled Service, Software Company
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan and implement systems automation as required for better efficiency.
∎ Evaluate the existing systems and provide the technical direction to IT support staff.
∎ Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including account setup and network configuration.
∎ Experience in configuring Cisco, Mikrotik router MPLS, IPSec, GRE VPN, L3/L2 Tunneling, BGP, OSPF.
∎ The Setting, installing testing and maintaining operating systems, application software and system management tools.
∎ Oversee the development of customized software and hardware requirement.
∎ To recommend and implement new technology solutions to improve productivity.
∎ IPV4, IPV6 knowledge, IP address planning, Local Network, Public Network.
∎ Timely reporting on the log sheet with RCA for the rapid response to any glitches.
∎ Proven knowledge to manage, design and implement latest practices for Cyber Security / Information Security Management in Corporate Industry.
∎ Maintain all the Departmental activities, prepare all documentation of the running system and update the version control of documentation periodically as a part of SOP (Standard Operating Procedure).
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 32 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Have to make Routine visits at the Client.
∎ Self-motivated and adopt the new technology and learn quickly.
∎ Excellent knowledge of English for writing and verbal communication.
∎ Willing to provide emergency support 24/7, inside or outside of the country.
∎ Maintain current and accurate inventory of technology hardware, software, and resources.
∎ Strong interpersonal communication skills and capable to pleasantly interact with different levels of clients.
