Job Context:
∎ The System Analyst is responsible for troubleshooting, managing, and controlling the computer network system. Confer with and advise users` departments as needed. S/he will be responsible for assuring programming compliance with established documentation standards; provide technical guidance and recommendations concerning existing computer programs and systems while maintaining excellent relations with internal clients by understanding client`s needs and expectations. S/he will work closely with the IT Director to ensure smooth-running, successful and timely completion of various projects.
∎ LEVEL: Associate
∎ REPORTS TO: Director, IT
∎ EMPLOYMENT STATUS: Full time, Fixed Term Contract
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan and control the computer system analysis and development for assigned area; serve as the key contact point for the end-user support.
∎ Evaluate user requests and needs, estimate cost, and time of implementation, and recommend program methodology to be followed.
∎ As the Mac Systems Administrator, she will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting the workstation environment of about 60 Mac workstations and 250 employees.
∎ Provide day-to-day support to users, network account management, fleet monitoring, software & hardware testing, Implementing, deployment, troubleshooting, and documentation.
∎ In addition to daily operations, the Mac Systems Administrator will lead and contribute to projects and implementations that improve the IT landscape.
Additional Requirements:
∎ EXPERIENCE REQUIREMNTS: At least 2 years or above.
∎ In-depth knowledge of macOS, Windows OS
∎ Familiarity with DHCP server system
∎ Customer Service or Helpdesk experience
∎ Familiarity with security best practices and mechanisms
∎ Knowledge of PC hardware & software and related applications
∎ Knowledge of Mac hardware & software and related applications
∎ Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud and/or creative workflows
∎ Experience with Mac software packaging
∎ Experience with Office 365 and clients for Mac
∎ Strong analytical skills
∎ Attention to detail
∎ Teamwork skills
∎ Written and verbal communication skills
∎ Interpersonal skills
∎ Flexibility
Salary:
∎ BDT.25,000-35,000 and other benefits
