∎ Bachelor of Fine Arts (B.F.A) in Graphic Design
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 12 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provides supervision and creative leadership to assigned teams of Copywriters, Visualizers, and Art Directors.
∎ Establishes strong and credible client relationships demonstrating integrity by providing critical insight and constructive challenge to clients to shape client thinking.
∎ Ensures that Creative function operates in an efficient, profitable manner and that creative designs are leading edge and ahead of the competition.
∎ Initiates stimulates and integrates creative thinking across all communication channels and across all elements of the marketing mix establishing a creative strategy that bolsters Grey's creative reputation and credentials.
∎ Sets goals, aspirations, and standards for creativity inside Grey. Provides clear direction and feedback to creative teams on required refinements and improvements based on own extensive experience and successful track record in generating leading ideas.
∎ Builds strong relationships with third-party suppliers e.g. vendors, digital partners, photographers, printers, and production houses.
∎ Recruit, attract and manage talent ensuring breadth and depth of creative skills, technology requirements, and digital capabilities.
∎ Understands management of people and ensures that creative ideas are nurtured and built successfully by bringing out the best from the relevant teams.
∎ Provides evaluation, coaching, and counsel to direct reports. Ensures all agency processes are maintained and adhered to in a timely manner e.g., TimeSheets.
∎ Leads the agency's submissions for external awards providing guidance and critical insight to ensure that famously effective campaigns from Grey are widely acclaimed.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Effective oral and written communication skills.
∎ Outstanding presentation skills.
∎ Understanding/ strong working knowledge of key software applications.
∎ Understands the importance of timelines in work and demonstrates a keen eye for design and detail.
