∎ 1 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Advertising Agency
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Participate in Business Development
∎ Creatively-ideate with the creative custodians on the brands, discuss briefs, and generate an atmosphere that brings out the best in the creative team.
∎ Operationally - ensure a healthy team to manage the volume of business.
∎ Develop systems for smooth flow and checks to avoid errors and time guidelines.
∎ Delegate, guide and control all operational work.
∎ Client handling.
∎ Coordinate with the internal teams on time to sit for the briefing, follow up on the works, put your observations on the works in process and prepare everyone for the final presentation.
∎ Handle multiple projects.
∎ Understand Client's Need.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 22 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ At least 3-4 years of client servicing experience for the Sr. Executive and 2 years of Executive.
∎ Sound in digital communication.
∎ Must be a good content planner.
∎ Strong presentation skills.
∎ Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
∎ Candidates with agency experience will be given preference.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Should have multi-tasking ability
