Job Responsibilities:
∎ Installation and support of our clients' Asterisk PABX installations, core Softswitches and Media Gateways.
∎ Manage Mail server administration with Exim, Cpanel.
∎ Writing custom ACLs.
∎ Manage DNS caching and primary name servers.
∎ Managing SpamAssassin and ClamAV.
∎ Mail log analysis.
∎ Configure and administration of Gateway and interconnection over SS7 & ISDN
∎ Operation and maintenance of customers IP-PBX system (Asterisk, Elastix, Vicidial etc.) and provide support to customers.
∎ Day-to-day administration of billing server, prepaid and postpaid client provisioning, tariff or rate plan adding, call routing.
∎ Commission Voice Getaway and testing, IP Telephony equipment installation.
∎ Monitor Inbound and Outbound traffic to ICX, ANS and IGW.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Candidates with previous experience on Softswitches such as ITel Billing, VSR and various Softphones, Dialers are requested to apply.
∎ Knowledge of Soft switch configuration, Call routing with Asterisk etc.
∎ Knowledge of media-gateway and interconnection over SS7 & ISDN
∎ Deep knowledge of LINUX and System Administration
∎ Knowledge of Voice billing, Database query and reporting
∎ Knowledge on Network technologies, Routing Protocols, MPLS, VLAN etc.
