Additional Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
Manage, maintain, and optimize Agni’s IP Telephony systems and infrastructure.
Lead the implementation of technical strategies to enhance service quality and performance.
Develop and oversee VoIP architecture, including SBCs, PBXs, and gateways.
Monitor and ensure compliance with BTRC regulations and licensing requirements.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of telephony services with other IT/ICT solutions.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, minimizing downtime and service disruptions.
Manage vendor relationships for procurement, support, and telephony hardware/software upgrades.
Lead and mentor a team of technical engineers, ensuring their growth and efficiency.
Analyze telephony traffic, ensuring scalability and high-quality service.
Stay updated on emerging telephony technologies and best practices to implement innovative solutions.
