Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
ISP
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Clear understanding on ISP systems
∎ Day to day Core IP network Operation, maintenance and integration for ISP
∎ Work on both Pv4 and IPv6 based network.
∎ Work on different protocols like VLAN, STP, OSPF and BGP, MPLS.
∎ Troubleshooting of IP CORE backbone and connectivity.
∎ Handle And Resolve Customer Complaints
∎ Process support Log, Forms.
∎ Record Details Of Inquiries, Comments and Complaints
∎ Communicate And Coordinate with Internal Departments
∎ Ability to handle full support system
∎ Have a good knowledge of work with Cisco ,Mikrotik ETC.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Able to work under pressure and beyond working hours.
∎ Required knowledge on creating documentation & reporting.
∎ Additional work will be defined according to company needs.
∎ Skills Required: Excellent leadership skills, Problem solving and decision making skills, Strategic planning skills, Team building skills, Time management skills, Strong interpersonal and communications skills, Strong strategic thinking ability along with good analytical skills, networking skills, and must be a Team Player.
