∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science, EEE, ETE from a reputed educational institution.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)

ISP
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Collaborate team with the relevant departments to better address client needs & providing regular updates to higher management.
∎ Guide team to maintain customer satisfaction by providing problems-solving resources.
∎ Supervising and team management, work under pressure, research and troubleshooting.
∎ Doing cost effective solution design for new system and service.
∎ Manage different types of internal servers such as Cacti, DNS Server, observium K.V.M log, Proxy server, Trac server for IT help desk, etc. and chronograf server as per requirements.
∎ Monitoring the network system through network monitoring tools and taking immediate steps in case of any alert or fault.
∎ Experience with various Cloud Server.
∎ Strong knowledge of systems and networking software, hardware, and networking protocols.
∎ Knowledge of system security (e.g. intrusion detection systems) and data backup/recovery.
∎ Have a good knowledge of work with Cisco, Mikrotik etc.
∎ Work on both Pv4 and IPv6 based network.
∎ Troubleshooting of IP CORE backbone and connectivity.
∎ Ensure Support employees overall Performance.
∎ Creating user on servers or on portal to access the servers or portal.
∎ Implementation new link and client service delivery as per lead time.
∎ Monitoring field survey report, route map.
∎ To be confident to handle the Systems of ISP with home & corporate Customers.
∎ Checking on various client's requirement and also have to implement client's requirements on systems.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 50 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Proven experience as a System Administrator, Network Administrator or similar role.
∎ Certification on System security will be plus.
∎ Reviewing server's firewall as per requirements and security.
∎ Skills Required: Excellent leadership skills, Problem solving and decision-making skills, Strategic planning skills, Team building skills, Time management skills, Strong interpersonal and communications skills, Strong strategic thinking ability along with good analytical skills, networking skills, and must be a Team Player.
∎ Able to work under pressure and beyond working hours.
∎ Required knowledge on creating documentation & reporting.
∎ Additional work will be defined according to company needs.
