• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering
• Master of Science (MSc) in Computer Science & Engineering

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering

• Master of Science (MSc) in Computer Science & Engineering from any reputed University. Students for public University will get first preference.

• Masters in any discipline having with Professional certified on Cloud Computing &/or Software Development.

• 7 to 10 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Insurance

• Age At most 45 years

Experience:

• 7 to 10 years in IT department of non-life insurance.

Additional Requirements:

• Age will be considerable as per experience & qualification

• Solid knowledge in Java, Python and good competence in Python web frameworks

• Strong problem-solving and coding skills are required.

• Good algorithmic and data structure skills are required.

• Also understanding RDBMS (Oracle Server, MySql DB).

• Database proficiency in Oracle 12c, PostgreSQL and MySQL.

• Participate in the entire product lifecycle - design, documentation, coding, testing and deployment.

• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.

• The candidate should be a Bangladeshi National.

• The candidate should be working in a insurance software environment

• The candidate should be proficient in English and Bangla both written & speaking.

• Age should not exceed 40 to 45 till date.

Job Context:

• Overall responsible for Non-life insurance Technology system

Major Responsibilities:

• Front-End Engineer: Focuses on the user interface and user experience, using technologies like HTML, CSS and JavaScript to build the parts of the application those users interact with directly.

• Back-End Engineer: Works on the server-side logic, databases and APIs that power the application, often using languages like Python, Java or Node.js

• Full-Stack Engineer: Possesses expertise in both front-end and back-end technologies, enabling them to work on all aspects of an application.

• Data Engineer: Focuses on building and maintaining the infrastructure for data processing, storage and analysis often working with big data technologies.

• ML Engineer: Specializes in building and deploying machine learning models often working with data scientists to integrate these models into applications.

• Software Engineer in Test (QA Engineer/SDET): Ensures the quality of software through testing, automation, and quality assurance processes.

• Security Engineer (Cyber security): Focuses on securing software applications and systems, protecting them from threats and vulnerabilities.

• Cloud Engineer (Cloud Solution Architect): Focuses on designing, implementing and managing cloud-based infrastructure and applications.

• Assure data integrity, Oracal system security, and adherence to corporate guidelines.

• Create and manage unique Oracal data analytics, dashboards, and reports.

• Give ERP users technical assistance and training.

• Update, patch, and upgrade Oracal software on a regular basis.

• Update and also need to be aware of the rules of IDRA and their technical team of Information and Technology.

• Must be a proficient IT manager, Team player who can handle pressure and work with full flow.
