Minimum 15 years of experience in Finance and Accounting.
At least 5–6 years of experience in a managerial or role.

Candidate who has completed course from ICMAB
Age minimum 35 years old.
The candidate should be a Bangladeshi National.

Position: EVP/SEVP (Chief Financial Officer)
Job Context: Overall responsible for Insurance Finance
Major Responsibilities:
Developing and implementing the overall financial strategy in alignment with the company`s short- and long-term business goals.
Overseeing financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting to support informed decision-making.
Preparing and supervising product costing, variance analysis, and profitability analysis across operations.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Managing cost control, credit control, and working capital optimization to strengthen financial performance.
Monitoring cash flow, capital structure, and liquidity, ensuring efficient use of financial resources.
Strong experience in cost control and expense management.
Leading treasury functions, including banking relationships, investments, debt management, and financial risk management.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports
Overseeing tax planning, statutory compliance, and regulatory requirements, and coordinating with external auditors, tax advisors, and relevant authorities.
Ensuring timely preparation of annual audit reports, financial statements, and accounts.
Working closely with Top Management and the Board, providing strategic financial insights and recommendations.
Coordinate internal and external audits and ensure timely completion
Utilizing and overseeing financial systems, including ERP and all types of insurance related software, to ensure data accuracy and reporting efficiency.
Supervise accounts staff and ensure accuracy and efficiency in work.
Leading by example with a dynamic, energetic, self-motivated, and highly organized approach, fostering professionalism within the finance function.
