• MBA/M. Com in Accounting from a recognized university. Students for public University will get first preference

• CA/FCA/FCMA

• At least 15 years

• Age At least 35 years

• Minimum 15 years of experience in Finance and Accounting.

• At least 5–6 years of experience in a managerial or role.

• Additional Requirements:

• Candidate who has completed course from ICMAB

• Age minimum 35 years old.

• The candidate should be a Bangladeshi National.

• Must be a strong team player, organized and efficient.

Position: EVP/SEVP (Chief Financial Officer)

Job Context: Overall responsible for Insurance Finance

Major Responsibilities:

• Developing and implementing the overall financial strategy in alignment with the company`s short- and long-term business goals.

• Overseeing financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting to support informed decision-making.

• Preparing and supervising product costing, variance analysis, and profitability analysis across operations.

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Managing cost control, credit control, and working capital optimization to strengthen financial performance.

• Monitoring cash flow, capital structure, and liquidity, ensuring efficient use of financial resources.

• Strong experience in cost control and expense management.

• Leading treasury functions, including banking relationships, investments, debt management, and financial risk management.

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports

• Overseeing tax planning, statutory compliance, and regulatory requirements, and coordinating with external auditors, tax advisors, and relevant authorities.

• Ensuring timely preparation of annual audit reports, financial statements, and accounts.

• Working closely with Top Management and the Board, providing strategic financial insights and recommendations.

• Coordinate internal and external audits and ensure timely completion

• Utilizing and overseeing financial systems, including ERP and all types of insurance related software, to ensure data accuracy and reporting efficiency.

• Supervise accounts staff and ensure accuracy and efficiency in work.

• Leading by example with a dynamic, energetic, self-motivated, and highly organized approach, fostering professionalism within the finance function.
