∎ Age 25 to 50 years
∎ Genuine, honest and true to the values of sustainability.
∎ Analytical sense, attention to details and accuracy for data management while able to see the bigger picture.
∎ Able and liking to handle repetitive tasks in keeping deadlines, accuracy and motivation.
∎ Min. 3 years’ experience in the field of product certification in apparel industry.
∎ Excellent knowledge in certification systems of garment industry.
∎ Fluent in English (vocal & written) & Bengali; French is a plus.
∎ Strong teamwork mentality and interpersonal skills.
∎ Ability to work under pressure in different projects as per company needs.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Consolidate information & documents and apply for GOTS/GRS Transaction Certification (TC) for Stanley and Stella’s customers - using internal & external cloud platforms – upon validating data/categorization, for fast & flawless TC delivery.
∎ Liaise with Certification Bodies and ST/ST BLO & HQ teams to follow up on the progress of TC approval & delivery for the end customers.
∎ Receive & revise incoming TCs from suppliers, to ensure accuracy and update internal & external cloud platforms with data/information on TCs.
∎ Support scope certification and renewal/update of all suppliers' standard certifications such as GOTS/GRS OekoTex etc; including suppliers’ audits/evaluations and improvements as per STST requirements.
∎ Guide and provide direction to ST/ST about the changes by different standards or certification bodies including but not limited to getting approval for logos & labels from CBs for new products/suppliers.
∎ Assist the BLO Sustainability Manager and team in implementing ST/ST’s requirements for improving the sustainability performance of stakeholders.
