Experience:

• 4 to 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Insurance, Real Estate, Group of Companies, Bicycle, Food (Packaged), Beverage

• Diploma in Civil Technology / Surveying from any recognized institution.

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (preferred but not mandatory).

• Minimum 4–5 years of practical experience in digital survey works (Total Station, GPS, Auto Level, etc.).

• Hands-on experience in preparing survey drawings contour maps setting out works and as-built survey.

• Expertise in AutoCAD required.

• Experience in Civil 3D will be considered as an added advantage.

• Strong knowledge of digital survey instruments (Total Station, GPS, Auto Level).

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Good communication and reporting skills.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Conduct land/topographic surveys and prepare accurate survey data.

• Execute layout alignment, and level setting for civil works (roads, drainage, utilities and buildings).

• Maintain survey records and ensure accuracy of field measurements.

• Assist project engineers in verifying construction works with approved drawings.

• Coordinate with project team to ensure timely completion of survey-related activities.
