∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Computer skill, JavaScript, MySQL
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): IT Enabled Service

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Attending to customer inquiries and problems are quickly resolved in a highly professional manner, in varying critical and non-critical situations.
∎ Proactively suggest changes that are improving internal processes, customer experience and quality of service we are providing.
∎ Provide continuous feedback to our internal teams of engineers to improve our products based on the needs of our clients and their feedback.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 34 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must have at least 3 years of experience in a 2nd level technical support role.
∎ Wide range of interests and working experience in these technologies: SQL, programming logic, computer networks & VM or servers.
∎ Must have knowledge of Linux.
∎ Experience in A2P & API integration will be given extra privileges.
∎ Should be able to dig deeper and use your analytic approach to solve technical problems.
∎ Must be able to communicate effectively to clients, partners, colleagues, and engineering teams alike in English.

Salary: Negotiable
