∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company, IT Enabled Service

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Researching and identifying sales opportunity by generating leads
∎ Reaching out to new customers and prepare presentations or pitches outlining the benefits of company's product/services.
∎ Promoting the company's products/services addressing or understanding clients' requirement.
∎ Arranging the distribution of marketing materials like: Brochure, Banners, Posters etc.
∎ Maintaining a strong relationship with respective and potential clients.
∎ Ensuring flawless after sales support to clients.
∎ Provide weekly and monthly reports to the Management to ensure overall sales review to keeping up to date with products, market and competitors.
∎ Scheduling appointments and meetings with stakeholders as required.
∎ Conducting personal research to identify new markets and customer needs.
∎ Visit Retail, Corporate Customers, Resellers, preparing offer letter/quotation, follow-up clients, and close the deal.
∎ Should Able to achieve sales target within the specified market.
∎ Create new customer and maintain Long Term Business Relationship with existing clients.
∎ Must have extensive experience of owning and delivering complex marketing strategies across multiple business units and products.
∎ Identify the key business objectives of the company, and be able to translate them into award-winning campaigns.
∎ Great leadership and influencing skills and must have managed, coached and led a sales team.
∎ Ensure the operation of a successful and seamless multi-channel sales model.
∎ Management of the extensive sales team to ensure a customer-centric culture and creating a well-defined growth strategy.
∎ Should be able to think out of the box, identify gap and create promotional material in line with marketing plan.
∎ Monitor and report on effectiveness of relevant communications.
∎ Volume Forecasting/Planning.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 38 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply

∎ At least 3 year(s) in relevant organization/industry.
∎ Must be able to handle Team of 4-5 Persons.
∎ Time Management and Planning Skills.
∎ Must have 'Can Do' attitude.
∎ Familiar with CRM Software.
∎ • Must Possess Strong Customer Service Skills.
∎ Must be a good team player, hardworking, highly self-motivated and a strong communicator.
∎ Keep skills current with new technologies & newer version of applications.
∎ Have the ability to work under pressure.
∎ Have the ability to do work individually.
∎ Should be aware about the current industry scenario and also have market information from reliable sources
∎ Good command in English & Bengali; both spoken and written.
∎ Excellent organizational, verbal and written communication skills.
∎ Proficiency in the use Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, MS Excel & other relevant programs, Internet browsing, etc.
∎ Good knowledge and understanding of digital marketing and Social Media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Google+, YouTube etc.

Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ Attractive Remuneration will be entitled for Highly Deserving Candidates. Educational Qualification will be relaxed for deserving or experienced candidates.
