Job Responsibilities:
∎ Coordinating the sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information to clients.
∎ Co-ordinate with HR and ensure daily HR activities.
∎ Maintain files and records with effective filing systems.
∎ Support other teams with various administrative tasks (redirecting calls, disseminating correspondence, scheduling meetings etc.)
∎ Greet and assist visitors when they arrive at the office
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 32 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Good computer skills (MS Office)
∎ Proficiency in English
∎ Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving
∎ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
∎ A team player with high level of dedication
Salary: Negotiable
