Additional Requirements:
- Hands-on experience in Network Operation or related roles.
- Comfortable working on a roster basis.

Optional Additional Requirements
- Knowledge of ISP workflow from OLT →Splitter → ONU → Router. - Experience with site survey, fiber design, and ODN planning.
- Basic routing knowledge: OSPF, BGP, BRAS/PPPoE architecture. - Customer Communication skills, SLA handling, ticketing systems.
Responsibilities & Context:
Hands-on Experience with GPON/EPON OLT & ONU/ONT Platforms
- Strong experience with VSOL, BDCOM, C-DATA, Huawei OLTs.
- Provisioning PON ports, ONU profiles, VLAN, DBA, QoS.
- ONU activation, firmware upgrades, troubleshooting LOS/LOF issues.
Expertise in FTTH Access Network Deployment & Maintenance
- Knowledge of PON architecture, optical budget, split ratios.
- Troubleshooting low signal, fiber cut, splicing, attenuation.
- Ability to use OTDR, OPM, VFL.
Strong Knowledge of VLAN, PPPoE, DHCP & IP Addressing
- Understanding VLAN tagging, QinQ, WAN modes, NAT/Bridge/Route.
- ONU WiFi/LAN config, port forwarding, IPTV, VoIP profiles.
- Coordination with NOC/BNG teams.
Customer Requirement Gathering & Technical Support Skills
- Ability to translate customer needs into technical config.
- Resolve speed issues, packet loss, WiFi issues, routing problems.
- Provide support to field teams; maintain documentation.
Monitoring, Reporting & Vendor Coordination
- Experience with monitoring tools for ONU status, traffic, optical
- power.
- Escalation to vendors for firmware/hardware issues.
- Maintain ONU inventory and port capacity data.
