Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc. in Computer Science from a reputed university.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Perform desktop, laptop and others hardware and software installations and troubleshooting.
∎ Maintain, troubleshoots and repair security camera, NVR and computer peripherals.
∎ Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution and performs monitoring data connectivity from corporate office to other SBUs.
∎ Monitoring and scheduling update antivirus software and removal of viruses, malware and spyware.
∎ Provide helpdesk support to the users of corporate office.
∎ Accurately log incidents and ensure all relevant data is captured.
∎ Monitor, progress and resolve incident whilst ensuring employees/ corporate officials' satisfaction through proactive updates, frequent contact and escalation where necessary.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 30 years
∎ Minimum 02 years of relevant experience is required for this position.

Salary: Negotiable
