∎ Diploma in Computer in Information Technology, Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Information Technology

Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): ISP, IT Support

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Installing and configuring computer hardware, networks, software, printers and scanners
∎ Providing technical support across the company having specific problems related to IT devices like PC, Laptop, Printer, TAB, UPS and installed Software Application.
∎ Responsible for maintenance, protection & development of company's IT systems such as Access Control, Surveillance systems, etc. and performs routine monitoring of all the installed systems.
∎ Responsible for Maintenance, troubleshooting, installation and configuration of LAN, WAN and Wi-Fi equipment.
∎ Should be able to configure Mikrotik& other Wi-Fi router.
∎ Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
∎ Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 1 year working experience in ISP Support.
∎ Ability to face new technology challenges.
∎ Able to work in adverse situation.
∎ Must be very good in email writing and communication.
∎ Must be proactive and able to execute tasks efficiently.
