Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science and Engineering
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Understanding the client requirement, collecting and organizing Software Requirements, and preparing the relevant technical documents
∎ Should have strong presentation skills and making a demonstration of different types of solutions as needed
∎ Actively engaged with the project implementation team and coordinated with the team and ensure necessary onsite support as per requirement
∎ Diagnose and troubleshoot basic and advanced technical issues of Application and Database
∎
∎ Plan and conduct Software Training as per the project requirement.
∎ Prepare easy understandable Software User Manual / Technical Manual
∎ Prepare Daily / Weekly / Monthly basis project progress report
∎ Identify the projects gap and mitigate the issues
∎ Should be capable to communicate with C Level Executives
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 32 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Proven work experience as a Software Support Engineer and IT Help Desk Technician or similar role
∎ Hands-on experience with Oracle and Java-based Application
∎ Good understanding of Application and Database
∎ Professionals having OCP and related certification will have added advantage
∎ Ability to work at the client office as per the office instructions
∎ Maintain client confidence by keeping their information confidential
∎ Willing to provide emergency support 24/7,
∎ Strong interpersonal communication skills and capable of pleasantly interacting with different levels of professionalism.
Salary: Negotiable
