Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Leadership skill to manage operator line allocation.
∎ To direct operator for skills development.
∎ Ability to inspire and motivation skill the operator.
∎ Hourly production follow-up.
∎ Work in progress report.
∎ Ability to make production efficiency report.
∎ Model wise re-conciliation report making.
∎ Ability to make scrap cost report.
∎ Must has knowledge about fabric way knowledge (top/In-side).
∎ Clear idea about cutting part identification idea and management system.
∎ Must able to operating sewing machine.
∎ Basic sewing knowledge.
∎ The candidate must know process layout.
∎ Line balancing with operating ratio.
∎ Idea about basic mechanism of sewing machine.
∎ Identify machine related defects and basic machine adjustment.
∎ Clear idea about sewing allowance, back stitch, defect analysis and report with standard countermeasure.
